1. When I export my Word Bank words to a CSV file, how do I read the file?
Answer - Encoding issues tend to be a bit of a pain. When you export the file it is saved as a UTF-8 encoded text file. There are many ways to view this information, but probably the quickest is to (1) open the file in a web browser, then (2) go to "View" - "Encoding" (or "Character Encoding" if you are using Firefox) and select UTF-8.
