In today’s Business English podcast we are going to learn some language relating to hotels – in particular the check-in process. In the mp3 dialogue, Christy works at the reception desk of a large hotel, and we will listen as she welcomes a guest and checks him in to the hotel.

I just listen to the lingua on checking in hotel. This is a great process of hotel English. It’s very useful. I’d like to recommend tis to my students for winter break to imporving their listening and speaking skills.

Hello,nice to get to know this site.I got Mp3 player recently and was looking for good podcast which I can improve my English skills.The speakers speak relatively slowly i guess, it’s good to listen carefully their pronounce.Thanks for the program!

You should read more commercial English materials in order to remember them.
You also can see the transcript of every podcast on our website and if you are a premium subscriber, you can use the learning center and the glossary on our website where you can learn vocabulary.

i am so excited with this english pod program so that i can improve my english especially for hotel terminology.
i’ll be glad too if there’s an audio visual including the transcript about the hospitality industry (with all lessons which are related to a hotel with all departments that availabel in the hotel such as front office dept, house keeping dept etc) or any audio visual lesson which is available.i’m looking forward for this.
